Junior Delivery Manager

Nasze wymagania: Minimum 2 years of commercial experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst in IT projects. Solid knowledge of BPMN — practical experience in modeling and documenting business processes. Proven experience in project management — planning, scope definition, risk management, stakeholder communication. Hands-on experience with Scrum / Agile methodologies; Scrum Master or PO experience is a plus. Familiarity with AI tools and willingness to incorporate them into daily work (e.g. process analysis, documentation, reporting). Ability to gather and translate business requirements into clear functional specifications and process flows. Strong communication skills — ability to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, or similar. Good command of English (written and spoken) — required for international project collaboration. Proactive attitude, analytical mindset, and willingness to learn and grow. Mile widziane: Experience with BPM platforms. Knowledge of integration concepts (REST/SOAP, API). Familiarity with basic SQL or data analysis tools. Scrum Master or PRINCE2/PMP certification.
