Junior Project Manager

Nasze wymagania: Minimum of 2 years of experience in banking industry. 1–2 years of Project Management experience, with a proven track record in client onboarding, migration, or implementation projects. Hands-on experience working in global or multi-location environments. Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Fluent in English, with additional proficiency in Polish. Mile widziane: Certifications in project management or process improvement. Background as a Business Analyst transitioning into Project Management. O projekcie: As a Junior Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial services industry, supporting global client onboarding and implementation projects. You will help shape efficient processes and enable smooth transitions that drive client satisfaction and operational excellence. This role offers a unique chance to influence transformation and foster growth within a dynamic, international environment. Warszawa or Kraków - based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week). Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. Zakres obowiązków: Manage the delivery of client onboarding and implementation projects within a global program, ensuring timely and quality execution. Coordinate activities across local Transfer Agency teams in Poland and global stakeholders, maintaining alignment and collaboration. Oversee project timelines, dependencies, risks, and communication strategies to ensure successful outcomes. Act as a key point of contact between operations, business units, and global governance teams. Support process transformation and standardization initiatives following acquisitions and integrations.
