Junior Project Manager

We’re growing! Currently, we’re looking for a person who will join our project management department. Once you join us, you’ll gain ownership of certain projects. Your key task is to make sure that projects are considered successful – from both our (company) point of view (which means budgeting and resource planning responsibilities) and customer point of view (product satisfaction, good customer service and communication). At the same time, you’re going to monitor the entire project progress and report it to your supervisors. What is more - we’ve decided that it's high time to expand the project management team that will be responsible for setting projects’ standards, managing projects, planning strategies and constantly striving to develop the company. We’re just starting to build this department so you will have a real impact on how it functions and you will be actively involved in all the activities and meetings. This is an amazing opportunity to learn a lot and develop quickly. Your key tasks on a daily basis • Working closely with customers (this is essential, and customers tend to be in different time zones). • Gathering information and requirements from customers. • Attending the meetings with the customer and your team. • Establishing what is the most important thing to work on next. • Making sure that the team understands what needs to be done. Your long-term tasks • Managing project deadlines, budget and profitability. • Planning resources in projects. • Monitoring project progress and success rate. • Managing reports and necessary documentation. • Making sure that the project and the team stick to company’s standards. • Working closely with other Project Managers on the implementation of projects’ standards, strategy planning and constant improvement of the project management department. • Engages in establishing details of future projects if needed. • Actively participates in PMO meetings and initiatives. Requirements • You want to have a real impact on the company's development and its direction. • You’re not afraid to take ownership and you’re willing to constantly develop. • You have at least basic knowledge in the field of project management and software development process. • You are already familiar or eager to get to know the tools supporting project management, e.g. Jira, Confluence, Slack, Excel. • You have good analytical, planning and organizational skills. • You have excellent communication skills – in both with our business customers and technical teams. • You are a leader who can support the team, look for the best solutions and communicate well with all project stakeholders. • Very good command of English (C1). • You're ready to hybrid work (1 day per week from the office) What we offer: • Participation in a lot of trainings and workshops, including the budget of 12 000 PLN per year for certificates or studying • The individual growth path - comprehensive projects • Language lessons or budget for private classes • Amazon Kindle • Referral program  • Co-financing for cultural and sporting events • Integration Parties
