Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: Falck is embarking on a digital journey, and for that we, in infrastructure, are looking for a Junior Project Manager, to support and drive IT infrastructure related projects that go across areas. This entails planning, tracking, communication, and reporting across different projects and with both internal and external stakeholders. Wymagania: Must have: - Knowledge of agile and waterfall project management frameworks. - Classical project management skills and terminology. - Excellent communication skills and fluent English. - Ability to understand new technologies and solutions in large organizations. - Extensive Excel and Power Point skills. - Knowledge of working with outsourcing of IT products/services and technical aspect of running IT operations. Nice to have: - Experience in large-scale international environments. - Experience with IT Vendor Management. - Working knowledge of Cloud and On-Premises solutions (hybrid architecture). - Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira or similar. Nice to have certification or course completed: - Agile certifications such as AgilePM, Scum Master, SAFe or similar. - PRINCE2, PMP or similar. Codzienne zadania: - Planning and driving projects across Infrastructure. - Collaborating with internal stakeholders both in Infrastructure and application teams. - Address/respond to escalations when scope is at risk. - Having the financial overview of projects, costs, optimization, and savings. - Daily cooperation with internal teams and outsourced delivery teams and managers. - Build strong feedback loops to strengthen our teams as part of everything we do. - Use feedback from the Business to boost continuous improvement actions. - Engage in- and support executive reporting. - Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risks logs, benefits trackers, presentations, schedules, and reports. - Project administration in tools, organization and facilitation of project team meetings.
