O projekcie: A client from the healthcare industry is looking for an M&A Integration Project Manager to support the integration of newly acquired entities through process alignment, organizational change, and systems harmonization on an international scale. Wymagania: - Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in M&A, integration, or transformation projects- Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects- Strong understanding of business processes, organizational change, and integration dynamics- Experience in budget management and cost control- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills- Fluent English and Polish, both spoken and written- Residing in Poland required Nice to have requirements - Experience in the healthcare industry is highly preferred Codzienne zadania: - Define the objectives, deliverables, and boundaries of integration projects for each acquired entity - Develop and oversee the end-to-end integration roadmap - Plan, monitor, and optimize the integration budget, including cost tracking and financial reporting - Coordinate and orchestrate work across a cross-functional team - Identify and manage critical dependencies between workstreams (e.g., system migrations, policy alignment) - Proactively identify integration risks (operational, financial, cultural) and implement mitigation plans - Ensure effective communication and stakeholder alignment across all levels of the organization - Drive process harmonization and synergy realization across integrated entities
