Summary: The Marketing Cloud Next (Sr.) Engineer primarily focuses on leveraging the Marketing Cloud Next platform to enhance marketing automation and personalization strategies while leading a team. This role emphasizes the creation of efficient, data-driven marketing campaigns and requires strong technical expertise in the platform's functionalities. Responsibilities: • Implement organizational configuration for the Marketing Cloud Next platform. • Develop and manage campaigns using journey builder and automation studio. • Personalize email content at scale utilizing dynamic content blocks and AMPscript. • Design and build agent-triggered customer journey entry points with integrated signals. • Configure tracking events for measuring performance and ROI in campaigns. • Close the measurement loop using Data 360 to feed real-time signals into marketing strategies. • Create onboarding and re-engagement flows for customer retention. • Manage deliverability, compliance, and sender reputation, ensuring GDPR adherence. • Translate marketing objectives into technical requirements and measurement frameworks. • Proactively monitor campaign performance metrics and propose optimizations. Key Requirements: • 4-6 years of experience in Marketing Cloud engineering. • Hands-on Data Cloud activation experience. • MC Next or MCAE certification preferred. • Proficient in multi-channel marketing execution (email, push, SMS). • Experienced in using Tableau for data visualization and reporting. Nice to Have: • Experience with A/B testing frameworks and campaign optimization. • Knowledge of GDPR and email compliance standards. • Ability to work collaboratively across marketing and technical teams. • Understanding of customer behavior analytics and engagement strategies.
