MDM Developer (Master Data Management)

We are seeking an MDM Developer (Master Data Management developer) responsible for the design, development, and optimization of Master Data solutions. The candidate will primarily focus on the Profisee MDM platform and Microsoft SQL technologies, ensuring the governance and high quality of master data by implementing scalable data models, business rules, integrations, and stewardship workflows. Responsibilities include: • Design and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical master data models aligned with enterprise data standards • Define entities, hierarchies, relationships, attributes, survivorship rules, and match/merge strategies to support golden record creation • Develop and maintain data ingestion and distribution processes between source systems, Profisee MDM, and downstream consumers • Configure validation rules, enrichment logic, workflows, and stewardship processes • Optimize SQL queries and data processing jobs for high-performance MDM operations • Implement governance controls and ensure compliance with data policies and regulations. Requirements: • Strong understanding of Master Data Management concepts including golden record creation, match & merge, hierarchies, reference data, and data stewardship workflows • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, including: • Tables, views, functions, and stored procedures • Complex joins and set-based transformations • Query performance tuning and indexing strategies • Data staging and batch processing frameworks • Hands-on experience with Profisee MDM development, including • Entity configuration and hierarchy management • Match & merge configuration • Survivorship and business rule implementation • Workflow and stewardship enablement • Integration framework and batch processing • Security model configuration • Experience implementing data governance and security controls • Proficiency in data integration and batch processing frameworks.
