MFA Project Manager

Hands-on experience with Entra ID (Azure AD). Familiarity with JIRA/Confluence for project tracking and documentation. O projekcie: We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives within Identity and Access Management (IAM), focusing on the delivery of passwordless and phishing-resistant MFA (FIDO-based authentication) solutions across enterprise applications and platforms. This transformation program will redefine how users authenticate within a large, global organization, helping to improve security and user experience. The ideal candidate combines strong project delivery experience in complex, international environments with deep technical understanding of IAM, authentication protocols, and supporting infrastructure. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Zakres obowiązków: Plan, manage, and drive delivery of end-to-end IAM projects, including MFA and passwordless adoption initiatives. Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) and pilot testing efforts, ensuring a smooth rollout for new authentication methods. Collaborate with enterprise architecture teams to support production infrastructure designs for modern authentication. Present updates at stakeholder forums, clearly communicating project progress, risks, and achievements. Conduct technology assessments and work with service owners to define the most suitable implementation approaches. Provide technical leadership for IAM authentication migrations and rollouts.
