Wymagania: - 3+ years as a dedicated Scrum Master for a technology team, ideally supporting a vendor product. - Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), or equivalent. - Proven experience in Agile/Scrum adoption and continuous improvement. - Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills. - Experience in a technical product engineering environment with understanding of infrastructure, security, and software development. - Familiarity with Jira and Confluence. - Fluency in English and ability to work in a global, multicultural environment. Desirable: - Advanced Agile certifications (A-CSM, PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master). - Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and test automation. - Background in Managed File Transfer (MFT), B2B integration, or data-intensive products.   Joining this project you’ll become part of Mindbox – a tech-driven company where consulting, engineering, and talent meet to build meaningful digital solutions. Codzienne zadania: - Lead and facilitate all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrums, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. - Promote a deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and Agile principles to enhance team performance. - Identify and resolve blockers that hinder progress, collaborating with stakeholders as needed. - Ensure strong communication between the Product Owner, Development Team, and stakeholders. - Guide the team through retrospectives and implement actionable improvements. - Support the Product Owner, assist with backlog management, goal setting, and prioritization. - Use Agile metrics (e.g., burndown charts, velocity) to provide visibility on progress. - Protect the team from external distractions to maintain focus on sprint goals.
