Krakow-based opportunity with hybrid work model (up to 3 remote days per week).As a Mid-Level IT Project Manager – Change & Transformation, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution. You’ll lead impactful change initiatives across multiple markets, shaping innovative solutions that enhance operational agility and business resilience. This role offers a dynamic environment where your expertise will accelerate digital transformation and deliver measurable results. Your main responsibilities: • Manage end-to-end delivery of change and transformation projects, ensuring seamless execution across markets. • Oversee business readiness activities, including assessments, planning, and go/no-go decision processes. • Lead application demise and decommissioning efforts, coordinating technical cutovers and operational handovers. • Maintain consolidated project plans, tracking progress and managing risks, issues, and dependencies. • Facilitate testing activities (UAT/PVT), supporting execution, defect management, and stakeholder engagement. • Govern project routines (steerco meetings, status reporting), ensuring stakeholder alignment. • Coordinate change impacts with business, technology, and operational teams to ensure successful adoption and communication. • proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success and regulatory compliance. You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering complex change/transformation projects in a multi-stakeholder environment. • Strong expertise in business readiness management and application decommissioning. • Hands-on experience coordinating UAT/PVT activities and managing operational changes. • Excellent governance skills, including RAID management and status reporting. • Ability to manage multiple markets with conflicting priorities under tight deadlines. • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a persuasive influencing ability. • Strong planning and organizational skills, with a pragmatic focus on delivery. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional) • Certifications in project management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2). • Experience working in financial services or similar regulated environments.
