Nasze wymagania: Minimum of 4 years of experience delivering complex change/transformation projects in a multi-stakeholder environment. Strong expertise in business readiness management and application decommissioning. Hands-on experience coordinating UAT/PVT activities and managing operational changes. Excellent governance skills, including RAID management and status reporting. Ability to manage multiple markets with conflicting priorities under tight deadlines. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with a persuasive influencing ability. Strong planning and organizational skills, with a pragmatic focus on delivery. Mile widziane: Certifications in project management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2). Experience working in financial services or similar regulated environments. O projekcie: As a Mid-Level IT Project Manager – Change & Transformation, you will be working for our client, a leading financial institution. You’ll lead impactful change initiatives across multiple markets, shaping innovative solutions that enhance operational agility and business resilience. Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role. Zakres obowiązków: Manage end-to-end delivery of change and transformation projects, ensuring seamless execution across markets. Oversee business readiness activities, including assessments, planning, and go/no-go decision processes. Lead application demise and decommissioning efforts, coordinating technical cutovers and operational handovers. Maintain consolidated project plans, tracking progress and managing risks, issues, and dependencies. Facilitate testing activities (UAT/PVT), supporting execution, defect management, and stakeholder engagement. Govern project routines (steerco meetings, status reporting), ensuring stakeholder alignment. Coordinate change impacts with business, technology, and operational teams to ensure successful adoption and communication. proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure project success and regulatory compliance.
