Mid Product Manager (IoT / Cloud)

O projekcie: How we work and what you get: This is a full-time position in a hybrid work model. Our main HQ is based in Warsaw. We are looking for someone based in Warsaw, but we are also open to candidates from other cities, provided that you can work from our Warsaw office at least 4 days per month. We offer two types of contracts (preferably B2B or UoP, depending on your preferences). Wymagania: Technical: - 5 years of experience in projects, including a minimum of 2–3 years in the role of Project Manager - experience in leading technology projects, e.g.: - software development - IT infrastructure - R&D projects - knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban management methodologies - English language at B2/C1 level, enabling fluent conduct of meetings and work with documentation - knowledge of tools: JIRA / DevOps / MS Project / Confluence - Deep knowledge of networking and cybersecurity - business maturity: understanding of the impact of the project on the company’s strategy, ability to cooperate with C-level - analytical skills: business process modelling, interpretation of project data - leadership: coaching and mentoring of junior PMs, stakeholder management Nice to have - Experience writing project or technical documentation - Experience working in dynamic technology environments - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Proactive attitude and sense of ownership - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Management, or a related field Codzienne zadania: - Lead and coordinate technology projects from initiation to delivery  - Plan, track, and manage project scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and resources  - Work closely with stakeholders, customers, developers, and Tech Leads to ensure successful project execution  - Support backlog and priorities management in cooperation with product and technical teams  - Facilitate communication across teams and ensure alignment between business goals and project execution  - Analyse customer and business requirements and translate them into structured project activities  - Monitor project performance, interpret project data, and prepare clear status reports for stakeholders and Leadership  - Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including C-level representatives  - Support process improvements and contribute to increasing project delivery effectiveness  - Mentor and support less experienced Project Managers where needed  - Help define and track OKRs, KPIs, and other project success metrics together with leadership
