ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Integrated Logistics Support (ILS) area, responsible for managing critical initiatives that ensure the operational readiness and long-term sustainability of complex systems throughout their lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone with strong coordination skills, a cross-functional mindset, and an interest in the intersection of engineering, systems, and logistics. YOUR ROLE • Engineering background, with a stronger focus on project management applied to logistics, particularly within Integrated Logistics Support (ILS). • Logistics and supply chain management, including transportation, storage, and distribution, aligned with internal warehouse operations. • Equipment maintenance management: preventive maintenance related to component obsolescence and stocking needs; corrective and proactive maintenance, including software updates. • Development and management of technical documentation for solutions and systems. • Experience in delivering training on how to develop technical documentation for systems and solutions, aimed at installers and operators. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead ILS projects from planning through execution, delivery, and maintenance phases (including long lifecycle projects). • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, logistics, procurement, and systems). • Ensure the development of ILS plans (maintenance, spares, training, and documentation). • Monitor project timelines, costs, and risks. • Ensure compliance with client requirements and defence industry standards. • Contribute to the continuous improvement of ILS processes and methodologies. REQUIREMENTS • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. • Experience in project management (preferably in technical, logistics, or industrial environments). • Knowledge or prior experience in ILS, logistics, maintenance, or lifecycle support (preferred). • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Results-driven mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. • Fluency in English (mandatory). • Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
