On-Site Project Coordinator (M/K)

Proven experience in process management, change management, and multi‑site environments. Confidence coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing stakeholder expectations. Bonus: hands‑on experience with Jira, ITSM/ITIL practices, Lean/Six Sigma, and data‑driven reporting. Readiness to work on-site at our Łozienica site (3 days on site, 2 days remotely) Zakres obowiązków: Own and manage the Jira board: refine tickets, set realistic timelines, prioritize the backlog, and keep stakeholders updated with transparent reporting. Analyze and optimize operational processes: improve efficiency, quality, and compliance; identify bottlenecks and implement measurable improvements. Lead change management: gather and evaluate requests, define requirements, present to the Change Control Board, and track outcomes through to adoption. Act as the escalation point for CEVA IT (local and global): diagnose issues, coordinate resolution paths, and communicate outcomes to customers. Coordinate teams, third parties, and customers: align plans, run stand‑ups and reviews, and ensure accountability across all contributors. Communicate with clarity: publish status updates, release notes, and customer‑facing notifications; maintain documentation and a living knowledge base for re‑use and onboarding.
