Organizational Change Manager

Join us to shape the future of technology together!   We are seeking a Change Management Consultant who will partner with Program and Product Managers, Communications teams, and other stakeholders to drive the adoption of new tools and processes.   What you will do • Tell the Story: Turn technical work into clear, compelling success stories. • Translate Tech: Break down complex architecture into simple benefit‑focused content. • Build Awareness: Create internal campaigns that promote programs and deliverables. • Analyze Stakeholders: Identify how changes impact each user group. • Drive Engagement: Use varied channels (Teams/Slack, AMAs, demos) to communicate. • Enable Training: Produce cheat sheets, videos, and run workshops. • Grow Change Network: Develop a Super User community for support and feedback. • Track Adoption: Define KPIs and monitor where users struggle What we are looking for • Solid experience with change‑management frameworks and the flexibility to adapt them creatively to needs. • Technical-to-Business Translation: Ability to understand complex technical topics and communicate them clearly to executives and non‑technical audiences. • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Proven experience working with program, product, project, and communications teams. • Exceptional Communication & Empathy: Strong storytelling, conflict‑resolution skills, and the ability to connect with stakeholders at all levels. • Fast Learning & Tech Adoption: Ability to quickly grasp new software and processes and explain their value to others.
