Planisware Configuration Engineer

Join us for a projet with an international leader in the medical and consumer health sector and take ownership of a key PPM platform used across multiple countries.  Key responsibilities • Configure and maintain a SaaS-based Planisware Enterprise environment using out-of-the-box features (no custom development). • Design and adjust workflows, roles, permissions, project templates and dashboards to support portfolio and resource management processes. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Planisware configurations. • Administer user access, roles and data quality, ensuring system integrity and consistency. • Cooperate with the vendor’s SaaS support on upgrades, new features and incident resolution. • Continuously optimize the configuration to improve usability, scalability and reporting capabilities. Ideal candidate profile • Some years of hands-on experience configuring Planisware Enterprise (SaaS), using out-of-the-box capabilities. • Solid understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) and resource planning in a large organization. • Experience working with SaaS platforms in an admin/configuration role (user/role management, configuration changes, upgrades). • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into system settings. • Excellent communication skills in English; comfortable working in an international environment. • Proactive, self-driven mindset, able to work independently and suggest improvements. • Nice to have: Planisware certification, experience with integrations (e.g. Jira, Snowflake) and familiarity with Agile or Waterfall environments.
