O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for orchestrating the full project lifecycle—from initial requirements gathering and solution design to deployment and hypercare. You will serve as the primary link between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure the solution is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business goals. Wymagania: - Experience: Proven track record of managing at least one full-cycle MS Dynamics implementation (Must-have). - Methodology: Strong knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies. - Communication: Excellent English (written and verbal) with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations at all levels. - Technical Literacy: A solid understanding of the MS Dynamics ecosystem (D365, CRM, or ERP) and its integration capabilities. Codzienne zadania: - Implementation Leadership: Lead the full-cycle implementation of MS Dynamics (CRM/D365) including scoping, planning, and execution. - Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact for business owners, translating requirements into actionable project milestones. - Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential project bottlenecks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure stable delivery. - Budget & Resource Planning: Manage project finances, timelines, and the allocation of technical resources. - Vendor & Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal developers, functional consultants, and external Microsoft partners. - Change Management: Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing), end-user training, and the transition to live operations.
