🌍Work model: hybrid: 2-3 days a week from the office in Gdansk. 💰Rate: B2B - up to 120 zl/h. ⏰Start: ASAP/30 days. ⏳Project length: >10-12 months + possibility of extension. 📕Project language: English + Polish. ✈ Business Travels: occasional business trips to Denmark. 💼Industry: dairy. ⚙️Recruitment process: 2 interviews with the client. 🔍Workload: fulltime. Summary: The IT Delivery Lead is responsible for overseeing international software project management and ensuring successful delivery through effective facilitation and process implementation within a diverse team environment. Responsibilities: • Manage international software projects, ensuring plans, execution, monitoring, and risk management are effectively handled. • Facilitate effective meetings based on prepared materials to ensure clear communication and coordination. • Implement and describe processes that enhance project delivery and team collaboration. • Coordinate operational tasks, including service requests management and periodic reviews. • Conduct financial reviews, ensuring accurate forecasts and managing purchase orders. • Prepare quarterly planning and oversee task assignments to dependent teams. • Onboard and train new team members while managing approvals and changes in project management tools. Key Requirements: • Minimum of 3 years' experience in managing international software projects. • Strong knowledge of software development processes. • Proficiency in Project Management principles and tools such as ServiceNow. • Experience with data analytics and process improvement methodologies. • Fluent in English for effective communication in an international environment. Nice to Have: • Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Azure DevOps. • Strong personal attributes such as a can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and proactivity. • Ability to manage complex dependencies and escalate issues appropriately. • Skills in conflict resolution and building good relationships within teams.
