We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Project Manager to lead projects related to the ServiceNow platform, including implementations, upgrades, integrations, and workflow automation. The role involves managing the full project lifecycle and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with platform governance and roadmap. Key Responsibilities • Lead ServiceNow implementations and platform enhancements • Coordinate teams including developers, architects, and process owners • Ensure project delivery aligned with scope, timeline, and quality standards • Maintain alignment with platform governance and roadmap • Support release planning, testing, and deployment activities Must-have Skills • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Project Manager • Experience working with ServiceNow architects and developers • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills Nice to Have • Knowledge of enterprise workflows and system integrations • Experience in business process automation Typical Deliverables • ServiceNow module rollouts • Workflow design and implementation • System integrations • Release planning • UAT planning and coordination
