PMO

Wymagania: - Project management / PMO experience and certification (Prince2, PMI, etc.) - Very good skills to communicate with large number of stakeholders/stakeholder management - Very good experience for complex data presentation (Excel, Jira, PowerPoint) - Experience with project budgeting and cost control - Strong organizational and coordination skills - Experience with PMO processes and project support activities Codzienne zadania: - Support workstream leads and project managers in managing 11-12 projects - Facilitate risks and issues with Risk Manager - Manage dependencies with Dependency Manager - Provide financial management support and manage admin tasks in progress reporting - PPM support and progress reporting to PMO - Jira maintenance (L1 & L2 & L3) – milestone statuses, milestones closure evidence - Change request to PMO and evidence tracking to PMO - Risks (including CRMA/QRA) to PMO and dependencies maintenance to PMO - Onboarding of new resources on WS level
