The initiative aims to ensure that a portfolio of applications meets required standards related to resilience, compliance, and failover readiness. The project, part of the Uplift Application Failover program, involves coordinating and monitoring remediation activities across multiple Service Domains, covering over 50 applications. It requires close collaboration with technical leads and stakeholders across several service areas to ensure timely delivery, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals. A key aspect of the project is maintaining structured reporting, tracking progress, and supporting effective communication between teams, enabling proactive identification and resolution of risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the remediation lifecycle. Responsibilities you'll have • Monitoring remediation progress in coordination with Service Domain Technical Leads and relevant Points of Contact • Preparing and facilitating monthly meetings with stakeholders • Ensuring that sufficient progress reports are received for all applications • Updating and reporting progress to the reporting team (SATL / COO) and maintaining relevant documentation • Maintaining and enhancing effective communication with business area representatives, and monitoring progress of remediation activities • Ensuring that relevant updates are communicated to Service Domains in a timely manner • Escalating and handling issues, risks, and dependencies in collaboration with the WS2 Lead Expected competences and knowledge • Good PowerPoint skills and Excel skills, as these are the primary tools used • Experience in managing smaller projects, including the ability to maintain an overview of a larger portfolio of small projects and teams, ensure progress in remediation activities, support handling delays and impediments, and provide reporting for teams • Ability to stay on top of deadlines, combined with strong communication skills to ensure that all inputs from various teams are delivered accurately and on time for COO/SATL/SDTL reports and meetings • Strong communication skills and the ability to convey messages to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner • Experience with Kanban boards and tools such as Jira is beneficial, supporting tracking and collaboration within the Uplift Application Failover project • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders across the organization
