We are looking for an experienced PMO Specialist to join the Data Change Centre of Excellence and play a key role in enabling successful programme delivery across global projects. Codzienne zadania: - Support Programme and Project Managers to ensure delivery within agreed cost, quality, and timelines. - Monitor and escalate RAID items (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) to successful resolution. - Manage delivery governance arrangements in line with organizational change frameworks. - Track and report on delivery budgets, benefits, and OKRs against committed targets. - Promote quality reporting on delivery status, milestones, and risks, ensuring adherence to reporting standards. - Implement delivery standards across all areas of change and perform quality assurance checks throughout the lifecycle. - Maintain and update project documentation, process documents, and information sources. - Act as an independent facilitator for post-implementation reviews. - Provide expertise on agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence). - Share best practices, lessons learned, and contribute to process improvements within the Centre of Excellence.
