PMO Delivery Lead

In this role, you will act as a strategic partner and single point of contact for one or more CTO functional areas, ensuring portfolio delivery excellence and alignment with enterprise priorities. Codzienne zadania: - Serve as the main PMO interface for assigned CTO Areas and bridge connections between local stakeholders and central PMO. - Ensure alignment of Area’s portfolio outcomes with strategic business priorities. - Provide accurate and timely planning support, portfolio health monitoring, and reporting to senior leadership. - Identify and escalate thematic risks and issues to ensure proactive risk management. - Ensure compliance with corporate frameworks and standards. - Support annual planning cycles and resource forecasting, ensuring effective portfolio governance. - Facilitate alignment and interlock between multiple programs across Technology. - Produce high-level, data-driven reports for CTO leadership.
