As a PMO Delivery Lead – Technology Infrastructure, you will be working for our client, a major global bank with a cutting-edge FinTech focus. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding the delivery of critical IT infrastructure portfolios that support millions of customers worldwide. Your main responsibilities: • Partner with stakeholders and project sponsors to ensure portfolio delivery aligns with strategic corporate objectives. • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and the central PMO, ensuring seamless communication. • Support effective planning, resource management, and risk mitigation across infrastructure programs. • Provide regular portfolio health reports to senior management, highlighting risks, issues, and progress. • Ensure programs adhere to HSBC frameworks, standards, and best practices. • Assist in annual planning activities, offering insights on resource demand and supply. • Monitor and track multiple projects, ensuring inter-program alignment within HSBC Technology. You're ideal for this role if you have: • At least 3 years of experience in portfolio or program management within the IT/FinTech sector. • Proven expertise in portfolio management frameworks, methodologies, or best practices. • Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication skills, capable of engaging senior leaders. • Solid understanding of technology infrastructure products, platforms, and services. • Experience with financial planning, forecasting, and program accounting principles. • Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work under tight deadlines. • Strong leadership qualities and the ability to unite cross-functional teams. • Advanced data reporting skills with the ability to create high-level reports for senior management. It is a strong plus if you have: (optional)• Certifications in portfolio or project management (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, MSP). • Knowledge of cloud services, cyber security, or infrastructure platforms. Language Required for the role: • Fluent English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
