This role involves working closely with Programme and Project Managers, acting as an independent challenger, and ensuring delivery against agreed timelines and quality standards. Codzienne zadania: - Support the Programme Manager and Project Managers to deliver according to business plans, budgets, and timelines - Manage and track RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) and escalate critical items for resolution - Monitor adherence to Change Framework standards and governance requirements - Track and report OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) and programme benefits against commitments - Prepare and deliver quality reporting on programme status, RAIDs, milestones, and deliverables - Implement and maintain DAO delivery standards, perform quality checks throughout the project lifecycle - Maintain and update key documentation, processes, and governance forums’ records (minutes, actions) - Guide teams on agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and provide training on change framework methodologies - Manage budgeting and expenditure tracking for assigned programs - Facilitate post-implementation reviews, lessons learned, and best-practice sharing
