How you will get the job done
• supporting Project/Program Managers in tracking deliverables, milestones and overall progress
• coordinating regular and on‑demand project/program reporting
• implementing, coordinating and improving project governance and communication
• ensuring project plans and documentation are complete, timely and up to date
• cooperating with other departments and international colleagues to deliver IT projects effectively
• supporting several finance‑related projects by monitoring KPIs, planned vs. actual effort and budget usage
• coordinating resource allocation across multiple initiatives, ensuring transparency of workload and availability
• preparing concise financial and resource allocation reports aligned with Finance and Delivery teams
• identifying discrepancies in effort or allocation and proposing corrective actions to maintain project standards
Skills and experience you will need
• fluency in English (B2 minimum)
• university degree or soon to graduate
• open, communicative and proactive attitude
• experience working with Agile
• 2+ years of experience in PMO or a similar role in an IT environment
• advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• experience using SharePoint, Confluence, Teams, JIRA and PPM tools
• strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
• ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment
• experience in financial tracking, effort analysis or working with project budgets
• understanding of resource allocation processes and workload planning across multiple projects
Nice to have
• knowledge of PowerBI
