PMO (Project Management Officer)

Introduction & Summary: We are seeking a dedicated PMO (Project Management Officer) to provide comprehensive product management support. The ideal candidate will possess proven experience in financial management within product settings, along with strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel, enabling them to effectively monitor budgets and enhance product cost visibility. Main Responsibilities: In this role, the PMO will support the financial management of product teams and ensure operational efficiency. • Support Product Managers in financial management of their products • Monitor and consolidate budgets (forecast vs actuals, variance analysis) • Set up and maintain budget tracking tools and reporting frameworks • Deliver regular reports to stakeholders • Contribute to forecasting and financial closing activities • Identify financial risks and recommend corrective actions • Harmonize financial management practices across Product Managers • Track project costs and related expenditures Key Requirements: The following qualifications are essential for this role: • Proven experience as a PMO, ideally in a product or IT environment • Strong financial management skills (budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis) • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with reporting tools • Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional topics • Strong analytical skills, rigor, and attention to detail • Good communication skills and ability to challenge stakeholders constructively Nice to Have: While not mandatory, the following skills would be advantageous: • Experience with project management and financial tools • Knowledge of budgeting and financial management best practices Other Details: This position involves collaboration with a team of 5 Product Managers in a structured, product-oriented environment, requiring interaction with Finance and IT teams.
