Summary: The Project Management Officer (PMO) plays a critical role in effectively managing and overseeing project deliveries across multiple workstreams, ensuring standards are maintained and risks are mitigated, thus supporting organizational objectives. Responsibilities: • Portfolio & program tracking including managing RAID logs, dependency maps, and delivery milestones. • Facilitate Agile governance through sprint ceremonies, velocity tracking, and capacity planning. • Prepare executive-ready reports and dashboards, focusing on KPI tracking and budget analysis for senior management. • Utilize tools like Jira and Confluence for project management, with familiarity in Slack Enterprise+ preferred. • Uphold and enforce delivery standards, contributing to program governance and documentation processes. • Design proactive risk and issue management protocols, including escalation paths and tracking mitigations. • Monitor budget usage, ensuring contractor days are appropriately tracked against allocations. Key Requirements: • Experience in portfolio and program tracking, particularly with RAID logs and dependency mapping. • Strong knowledge in Agile methodologies and experience with sprint ceremonies. • Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence. • At least 3 years of experience in IT program management, specifically on Salesforce or enterprise platform delivery. Nice to Have: • Bilingual proficiency in French and English. • Familiarity with Slack Enterprise+ for workflow automation. • Experience managing multiple vendors alongside internal teams.
