The initiative supports senior leadership with accurate progress reporting, structured stakeholder communication, and high-quality data foundations enabling informed decision-making. The role is critical in ensuring agility in responding to ad-hoc executive requests while maintaining a robust and sustainable reporting and data governance setup. Responsibilities you'll have • Responding with agility and precision to ad-hoc reporting and analytical requests from senior stakeholders and leadership • Maintaining and continuously improving the workstream’s reporting framework and data governance structure • Ensuring high quality, consistency, and reliability of reporting data • Preparing executive-ready reports, dashboards, and presentations • Supporting the Reporting Coordinator in delivering structured progress reporting • Coordinating reporting cadence across multiple stakeholder meetings and governance forums • Monitoring timelines and ensuring reporting deadlines are met • Performing analytical deep-dives to support escalations and urgent business needs • Improving automated data processes and enhancing accessibility of reporting data Expected competences and knowledge • Experience in reporting, PMO, program governance, or transformation environments • Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, Power Query, data modeling) • Proven ability to prepare executive-level reporting materials • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills • High attention to detail and data quality • Ability to structure information clearly and communicate effectively (written and spoken) • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to operate in a fast-paced environment • Systematic, deadline-driven approach to work • Ownership mindset and accountability across cross-functional teams Tools you'll work with • Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, Power Query) • Microsoft PowerPoint (executive-level presentations) • Reporting and governance documentation tools • Collaboration and stakeholder management platforms used in financial environments Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
