PMO Reporting & Governance Specialist

Banking Budget: 135PLN/h on B2B contract Hybrida way of work in Gdansk, Gdynia or Warsaw or Lodz( 2-3 days per week in the office) Summary: This role focuses on ensuring effective project management reporting and governance within the project team. The primary objective is to deliver precise reporting and communication materials that align with overall project requirements, thereby supporting successful project execution. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate with BCCM PMO to deliver accurate reporting and production of communication materials • Ensure alignment with overall project reporting requirements • Take ownership of resourcing process and resource requests within workstream • Work collaboratively with the project team to ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard • Produce high-quality materials for Sponsor, SteerCo, and other Governance meetings • Ensure materials are visually appealing, easy to understand, and aligned with project objectives • Support workstream leads with ad hoc tasks that contribute to the success of the workstream • Create PowerBI reports for tracking the rollout of Bulk Solution Standard Application production • Utilize data from Hopex and Helix for reporting • Provide essential support to WS4 Leadership Key Requirements: • Strong project management office (PMO) skills including experience in project reporting, coordination, and governance • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to produce clear and concise materials for various stakeholders • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accurate and timely reporting • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals • Experience in onboarding project teams and enabling security measures for effective project execution • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues proactively • Experience with PowerBI reporting • Knowledge of project governance and compliance frameworks • English B2+/C1 Nice to Have: • Experience with data visualization tools beyond PowerBI • Background in financial services or banking sectors • Familiarity with Agile methodologies
