PMO Specialist (DORA Programme)

In this role, you will work closely with the Program Manager, wider Program Management Office, and Program Sponsor, ensuring effective governance, reporting, and coordination across a large-scale ICT regulatory programme.   Responsibilities you'll have • Support the Program Management Office in the delivery of the DORA Programme • Partner with the Program Manager and provide tactical support to the Program Sponsor • Prepare and compile executive-level reporting materials • Coordinate programme activities and ensure proper follow-up on actions and milestones • Manage and track programme risks, issues, and dependencies • Support operational risk management within the programme structure • Assist in governance processes and ensure alignment with programme standards • Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders across the organisation • Provide ad-hoc PMO support as required Expected competences and knowledge • Minimum 3 years of experience within large ICT programmes • Proven PMO experience within strong IT program/project management environments • Foundational knowledge of DORA and general Operational Resilience topics • Strong understanding of: Executive reporting • Risk management • Dependency management • Programme governance • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Proactive, self-driven, and well-organized with strong time management skills • Ability to work with senior stakeholders and subject matter experts • Experience reporting to Program Manager on assigned initiatives Technologies you'll work with • Programme governance and reporting tools • Risk and dependency tracking tools • Enterprise collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Office suite) • ICT systems related to resilience, risk, and regulatory compliance Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
