Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including participation in Steering and Working Group sessions. Familiarity with industry best practices for engineering maturity, standards, and infrastructure components. Zakres obowiązków: • Support engineering transformation by coordinating uplift initiatives across multiple domains. • Collaborate with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups. • Analyze data insights to drive engineering decisions and prepare status reports. • Recommend actions for continuous improvement and engineering maturity. • Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways. • Ensure consistency in standards and practices across Infrastructure, Data, Platforms, Cybersecurity, and business technology teams.
