Practice Lead

Preferred Qualifications: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field. - 5+ years of leadership experience in engineering coordination, transformation programs, or infrastructure projects. - Familiarity with industry best practices for engineering maturity, standards, and infrastructure components. Codzienne zadania: - Support engineering transformation by coordinating uplift initiatives across multiple domains. - Collaborate with domain representatives, standards teams, and transformation working groups. - Analyze data insights to drive engineering decisions and prepare status reports. - Recommend actions for continuous improvement and engineering maturity. - Work with engineering communities to design skill development and career pathways. - Ensure consistency in standards and practices across Infrastructure, Data, Platforms, Cybersecurity, and business technology teams.
