ABOUT THE ROLE As a Product Designer, your role is to solve meaningful user problems through strong product experiences that support our business goals. You'll own design outcomes end to end — turning user insights, business needs, and technical constraints into clear, effective solutions. You'll work within a cross-functional product team alongside a Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers, shaping solutions and making informed trade-offs. Your work will directly impact the quality, usability, and coherence of the application. You'll also contribute to the design system and help raise UX quality across the product, bringing user research and data into everyday product decisions. WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE IN YOUR FIRST 6–12 MONTHS Core product experiences improved Deliver improvements to core product experiences that more clearly communicate value and better support users in their daily work. Key experience metrics moved Reduce friction in critical user flows and increase clarity and efficiency in everyday workflows, reflected in measurable experience metrics. Design system strengthened Evolve the design system to improve consistency across the application and reduce design-to-development effort for the product teams. WHAT WE LOOK FOR Product design experience in a product-led company A track record of owning design outcomes end to end in a product-led environment — not just executing briefs, but shaping solutions from problem through delivery. B2B SaaS background Experience designing for B2B SaaS products, with an understanding of the complexity and workflow density that enterprise users deal with daily. Figma proficiency Strong practical Figma skills — components, variants, auto-layout, and design systems work. Qualitative research Experience with qualitative research methods and the ability to bring user insight into everyday product decisions, not just dedicated research sprints. Strong communication in English Confident written and spoken English at B2/C1 level or above. You'll work closely with international colleagues and need to articulate design decisions clearly. THE TEAM You'll join a cross-functional product team working directly with a Product Manager, Tech Lead, and Engineers. The team is experienced, engaged, and operates with a collaborative, innovation-friendly culture. English is the working language across international teams.
