The Opportunity We are looking for a Product Manager to join a cross-functional product team at one of Europe's largest proptech companies — a household name in online real estate classifieds, operating leading digital platforms across multiple countries. You will be embedded within their product and engineering organisation, working on consumer-facing and/or platform products that serve millions of users — home seekers, property owners, and real estate professionals. This is a hands-on product role in a continuous delivery environment, not a strategy-only or product marketing position. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid product foundation who wants to sharpen their craft inside a large-scale, technically mature organisation with strong product culture. What You'll Do • Own a product area end-to-end: discovery, prioritisation, delivery, and measurement • Work daily with engineering, design, data, and business stakeholders to ship outcomes, not just features • Define and track product KPIs, using data to guide decisions while exercising good judgment when data is incomplete • Maintain and groom a healthy backlog — making trade-off decisions that balance user value, technical debt, and business goals • Communicate progress, risks, and learnings clearly to both local and remote stakeholders • Collaborate across a cross-country setup, working primarily in English with French-speaking colleagues and partners Requirements Must-have • 3+ years in product management within tech-driven companies. You've worked in real product environments with structured practices — roadmapping, discovery, experimentation, and iterative delivery • Close proximity to engineering. You're comfortable working alongside developers in continuous delivery setups. You understand backlogs, sprint mechanics, and technical trade-offs. This is not a product marketing role • Data sensibility and KPI ownership. You can define the right metrics, track them, and use them to inform decisions. You're pragmatic when data is incomplete rather than paralysed by it • Autonomous and outcome-oriented. You thrive with remote leadership and high ownership expectations. You understand that product success is measured by impact, not feature output • Strong English communication. Fluent in written and spoken English. You can hold your own in daily collaboration with international and French-speaking stakeholders • Learning velocity and growth mindset. You ramp up quickly in complex or unfamiliar domains. You're curious, structured, and continuously improving both your craft and your business understanding Nice-to-have • Experience in proptech, real estate classifieds, or marketplace products. Understanding of multi-sided platform dynamics is a strong plus • French language skills (conversational or above). Not required, but helpful for stakeholder relationships • Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks at scale • Experience working in distributed or cross-country product teams • Exposure to data platforms, analytics tooling, or martech product areas • Prior experience in a consulting or embedded-team model where you joined an existing organisation as an external product hire
