Wymagania: - Very good knowledge of issues related to regulated markets, especially guidelines such as GDPR and DORA- Experience working with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Miro- Knowledge of database systems and the SQL query language- Experience in product management (fintech experience is a plus),- Understanding of new technology trends, e-commerce applications, SaaS, and mobile & web applications,- Experience in creating business requirements, product requirements documentation, and driving their execution together with product teams,- Ability to analyze data and an analytical mindset in product development,- High independence and self-starter attitude,- Experience working with a cross-functional team in an agile environment,- English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.- Experience with distributed systems and familiarity with CRM systems are a plus- Knowledge of any scripting language will be an additional advantage- Experience (private or professional) in investing and financial markets is welcome Codzienne zadania: - You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company. - The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction. - You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team. - You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market. - You cooperate with the Team Lead of the development team. - You are proficient in the world of metrics, justify your decisions with numbers and facts, and avoid “I think” statements.
