O projekcie: Product Management at Adform is where customer challenges are translated into meaningful product solutions and measurable business impact. We operate in a fast-paced, international environment with strong cross-functional collaboration and a continuous focus on improving how we build and deliver products.  In this role, you will work on backend, data-driven products - specifically Machine Learning models and heuristics-based Data Science solutions powering Adform’s platforms and client-facing products. These algorithms drive core intelligence across DMP, DSP, and SSP, solving complex optimization challenges for both advertisers and publishers.  We are looking for a Product Manager who is comfortable working in technical domains, enjoys solving complex problems, and is motivated by learning and continuous improvement. We can grow together faster if you have: - Have a proven track record in Product Management (2+ years), preferably working with backend or data-driven products - Are comfortable working with technical domains, ideally including data science, algorithms, or platform-based products - Demonstrate strong Product Management knowledge, including hands-on business analysis (AS-IS/TO-BE, gap analysis, functional and non-functional requirements, and structured artifacts such as flows/UML) - Take full ownership of translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements without relying on a separate Business Analyst role - Have experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams - Are adaptable and able to navigate a fast-paced, evolving environment - Take ownership, show initiative, and have a strong “can-do” mindset - Communicate clearly and effectively, both verbally and in writing, and are fluent in English - Adform‘s guiding principles ingrained in your profile: Focus on Client Value, Behave with Decency, Take Ownership, Care, Collaborate as a Team Player, Remain Ambitious, and Stand Tall in all interactions Stand out by having: - Are certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) Codzienne zadania: - Own and manage the Data Science Research team backlog, prioritizing work to maximize product impact and business value - Act as a bridge between Product Directors and the Data Science Research team, serving as a subject matter expert in your product domain - Define clear, structured requirements and functional acceptance criteria aligned with best practices - Validate and accept delivered solutions against business requirements - Manage requirement changes and assess their impact throughout the development lifecycle - Coordinate dependencies across Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure aligned and efficient delivery - Engage with stakeholders, maintain transparent communication, and drive alignment and consensus - Plan Business Milestones in line with Product, Technology, and Research roadmap priorities - Analyze product feedback and client escalations in collaboration with Product Directors to drive improvements - Support RFI/RFP processes, including annual TAG/MRC re-certification activities - Investigate complex support cases requiring deep product or algorithmic understanding, particularly related to performance and fraud analysis - Collaborate with Technical and Product stakeholders to identify opportunities for product enhancements and contribute to ideation initiatives
