Wymagania:
- Essential experience, whether personal or professional, in investing and financial markets.- Very strong understanding of regulated markets, with a particular focus on equities/stocks.- Product management experience (fintech experience is a plus).- Openness to and practical experience in using AI-based tools in a Product Manager's daily work.- Familiarity with emerging technology trends, e-commerce, SaaS, mobile, and web applications.- Experience defining business requirements, creating product requirements documentation (PRD), and executing them alongside the product team.- Strong data analysis skills and an analytical mindset toward product development.- High level of autonomy and a self-starter attitude.- Experience collaborating with cross-functional, agile teams.- English proficiency at a B2 level or higher.
Codzienne zadania:
- You are responsible for the shape of the product: the vision for the future and the selection of KPIs that correspond to the KPIs of the area and the company.
- The customer is the most important thing for you - you look for confirmation of your intuition in research and monitor customer satisfaction.
- You are responsible for operationalizing the product vision: you translate visions into specific steps and tasks for the development team.
- You are responsible for cooperation with stakeholders such as the legal department, risk department, and marketing: you coordinate activities so that the product can be launched on the market.
- You cooperate with the Team Lead of the development team.
- You are proficient in the world of metrics, justify your decisions with numbers and facts, and avoid “I think” statements.
