Start: June Duration: 6 months Location: On-site Stockholm 3 days per week As a Senior Product Manager in the SMB Payment Solutions team, you will work with a team of engineers, designers, UXR and commercial mangers to build products that help microbusinesses to get paid and grow their business through simple and innovative payment solutions. Specifically, you will be responsible for building and enhancing the foundational constructs and experiences which power commerce use-cases. This means developing and enhancing the core commerce service and API specifications, supporting internal team to integrate and leverage this service, and developing new customer experiences to help small business owners manage, optimize, and grow their sales. Day-to-Day • Responsible for owning, maintaining, and executing against the roadmap; from discovery, to defining requirements, and delivery. • Participate in the planning, stand-ups, demo’, retros, and other ceremonies. • Work closely with functional partners in design, research, analytics, and engineering to launch and improve products • Leverage AB testing, analysis, user research, market insights, and competitor analysis to drive decision making and evaluate impact. Experience and skills • 5+ years in product management. • Experience in successful delivery of direct-to-customer products across mobile and web platforms at scale. • Experience in working with full-stack team, i.e. developing both front-end experience and back-end services • Ability to use data and analytical skills to derive hypothesis, make decisions, and evaluate impact. • Experience in working with payments, commerce, and SMB segment is a plus. Typical tasks and rhythm The role is a classic embedded PM within an agile squad. Day-to-day work includes sprint planning and refinement with the Engineering Manager, backlog grooming in Jira, PRD writing and maintenance, and roadmap upkeep. The PM collaborates closely with a UX designer and content designers to shape features from discovery through delivery. Stakeholder interaction is high — weekly 1-on-1s with the product manager and a key cross-functional partner , plus recurring syncs across SMB PMs, engineering leadership, and legal/PCR processes. The PM also owns data and metrics independently via Insightly dashboards, with no dedicated analyst support. Top must-have hard skills • Experience driving cross-functional launches including legal/compliance review processes. • Data and metrics ownership, building and reading analytics dashboards independently. • PRD authorship and stakeholder alignment. Writing clear product requirements and aligning engineering, design, and legal teams • Experimentation, designing and interpreting A/B tests and feature flag rollouts (e.g. Statsig or equivalent) • Experience managing products which are used by thousands or millions of people across multiple markets and platforms. Level of experience required • Mid to senior PM — comfortable operating independently across multiple concurrent workstreams, without needing significant handholding on process or stakeholder navigation.
