Product Manager (Travel)

Our Client is an international travel-tech company, part of a global group, building and scaling a modern business travel platform used by organizations across Europe. The product combines strong engineering capabilities with deep domain expertise in the travel industry, focusing on delivering high-quality, user-centric solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Product Manager who will co-lead a product value stream in a 2-in-the-box model, working closely with engineering and applying Working Backwards principles to shape product vision and delivery. 📍 LOCATION: Warsaw🏢 WORK MODEL: Hybrid (3 days office / 2 days remote) 🧑‍💻 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES • Own the product vision and continuously improve product-market fit • Co-lead the product value stream in a 2-in-the-box setup with the Development Leader • Define goals, roadmap, and initiatives with a strong focus on customer value and business impact • Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring clarity and alignment • Translate business needs into clear requirements (user stories, specifications, acceptance criteria) • Drive delivery through outcome-based prioritization and decision-making • Identify opportunities and risks based on market trends, user behavior, and regulatory changes • Collaborate closely with engineering, QA, UX, and stakeholders across the full product lifecycle • Support UX decisions to ensure intuitive and user-friendly solutions • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify new opportunities and validate assumptions • Contribute to building strong product practices and knowledge sharing within the organization • Represent the product internally and externally (including pre-sales and product marketing support) 🔍 REQUIREMENTS • Experience in the travel industry • Experience working in an Agile product development environment • Minimum 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Design, Business Analysis, or similar roles • Experience in team management • Strong skills in requirements gathering, business analysis, and process design • Degree (higher education) • Very good communication skills and English at B2+ level 🤝 WHY JOIN? • Work in a truly international environment with global exposure • Real impact on a product used by thousands of users across Europe • Hybrid work model (Warsaw office – Al.
