About the project
We are looking for an experienced Product Owner / Product Manager to join a project for a large enterprise client in the retail industry.
The project will focus on product discovery, defining business requirements, and shaping the scope of an MVP. You will work closely with the client and key stakeholders, ensuring that business needs are translated into clear product requirements and actionable specifications.
Responsibilities
• Lead discovery workshops with the client and key stakeholders to identify business needs, challenges, and product opportunities.
• Gather, analyze, and structure business and functional requirements.
• Prepare clear product specifications and documentation.
• Define and manage MVP scope, ensuring alignment between business expectations and project capabilities.
• Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the delivery team.
• Support prioritization of requirements and help translate business goals into actionable tasks.
• Ensure a shared understanding of product goals, scope, and priorities throughout the project.
Requirements
• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in software development projects.
• Strong experience conducting discovery workshops and working directly with business stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into clear requirements, specifications, and actionable deliverables.
• Experience defining MVP scope and managing product priorities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in an enterprise environment.
• Experience in the retail industry would be a strong advantage.
