Product Owner

O projekcie: We are looking for an experienced Product Owner to drive the development of digital products and collaborate closely with technology teams in the software delivery process. In this role, you will act as a key link between business and IT, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and delivering high-value functionalities. You will work in an Agile environment and help shape the product vision and roadmap together with stakeholders. Wymagania: - Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization aligned with business goals - Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements and translate them into functional specifications - Collaborate closely with development teams throughout the software lifecycle - Define and communicate the product vision and support roadmap creation - Participate in sprint planning and clarify scope and requirements - Review, validate, and accept delivered functionalities - Work with stakeholders across business and IT - Monitor progress and ensure delivery of business value - Identify product improvements and process optimization opportunities Codzienne zadania: - Proven experience as a Product Owner / Product Manager (or similar role in IT) - Hands-on experience in software development projects - Strong knowledge of Agile (Scrum / Kanban) - Experience managing product backlog and business requirements - Ability to work with technical teams (developers, architects, testers) - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical thinking and prioritization skills - Nice to Have - Experience in the utilities / energy sector - Knowledge of energy market, billing, or regulatory systems - Experience with large-scale enterprise systems or integrations - Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools -
