O projekcie: For one of our clients, we are looking for a Product Owner responsible for maximizing product value delivered by a cross-functional development team. Acting as the main link between business stakeholders and the delivery team, you will translate business needs into a clear product vision, roadmap, and prioritized backlog, ensuring solutions align with customer needs, business objectives, and quality standards within an Agile environment. Wymagania: Experience & Knowledge - Minimum 2 years in PO role, or 3-5 years in similar position in Scrum environment - Proven experience delivering complex IT/software products and projects - Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks and the full product development lifecycle - Experience working with cross-functional and distributed teams - Ability to balance business priorities, technical constraints, and user needs - Experience collaborating with stakeholders across different levels (business, technical, executive) Skills - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills - Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Ability to clearly define and communicate product requirements and decisions - Experience creating high-quality: - user stories - acceptance criteria - product documentation - Strong prioritization and decision-making skills - Ability to work independently and take full ownership of product outcomes Tools & Practices - Hands-on experience with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence - Experience using product roadmapping tools - Familiarity with UX principles - Understanding of API-based systems and integrations - Data-driven mindset Nice to Have - Domain experience with appliances software Codzienne zadania: - Own and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Gather, analyze, and validate business and stakeholder requirements - Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria - Own, prioritize, and continuously refine the product backlog - Ensure backlog items are clear and ready for development - Act as the decision-maker for scope, priorities, and trade-offs - Collaborate with development teams, UX/UI, QA, Scrum Master/PM, and stakeholders - Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and demos - Accept or reject completed work based on acceptance criteria - Ensure delivered features meet business goals, user needs, and quality expectations - Manage dependencies and mitigate delivery risks - Support release planning and go-to-market activities when applicable - Drive product improvements using data, feedback, and KPIs
