Product Owner

Wymagania: - Minimum 3 years' experience in ServiceNow as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technical Consultant or Solution Architect - Strong experience in cooperation with development team - Knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules and architecture (optional) - Experience in business analysis, gathering requirements and refining tasks - Fluent English (written and spoken) - Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Ability to take end-user perspective and proactively suggest the best available solution - General knowledge of ServiceNow integration capabilities and third-party tools (LDAP, SSO) - advantage Codzienne zadania: - Maintain and prioritize the product backlog - Ensure clarity and order in tasks, making sure backlog items are well-defined and aligned with the product vision provided by the Product Manager - Collaboration with technical (development) team - Write detailed user stories and acceptance criteria - Work with Product Manager and stakeholders and then with development team to refine requirements as needed - Serve as the primary liaison between the development team and Product Manager for day-to-day operations - Plan and coordinate product releases, ensuring alignment with the roadmap and readiness for launch - Keep updated documentation related to backlog items, sprint outcomes, and overall product processes - Ensure transparent and consistent communication with all relevant teams and stakeholders
