Product Owner — Agentic (Platform Journeys)

Responsibilities • Manage the end-to-end Agentforce product backlog for agent-driven journeys, including sprint planning and defining acceptance criteria. • Design customer journeys such as campaigns, churn prevention, and onboarding recovery flows. • Specify, test, and iterate on agent prompts and evaluation harnesses with the engineering team. • Define and own per-journey success metrics, tracking conversion and time-to-value. • Bridge business owners and the IT delivery squad on priorities and scope. • Coordinate dependency management with data and integration tracks. Requirements • 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce product ownership or functional consulting. • Proven experience as an Agile Product Owner in fast-moving sprints. • Strong outcome-focused mindset, prioritizing value delivered over feature volume. • Background in a B2B SaaS or adtech context is strongly preferred.
