Are you an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 Copilot and enterprise AI chatbot platforms?emagine has an opportunity for you to support a global digital transformation by driving the strategy, roadmap, and adoption of next‑generation conversational AI tools.The role combines product ownership, Microsoft ecosystem governance, and Generative AI platform leadership to deliver secure, reliable, and high‑value AI chatbot capabilities at scale. Skills & Experience Required • 5+ years as a Product Owner/Product Manager in enterprise software. • 3+ years in agile delivery environments. • Strong hands‑on expertise in: • Microsoft 365 architecture and governance • Copilot capabilities and extensibility • Enterprise SaaS configuration • Experience delivering or scaling AI or digital platforms. • Solid understanding of LLMs, RAG, agents, and enterprise AI use cases. • Ability to translate business needs into structured product requirements. • Data-driven decision-making using KPIs/OKRs. Preferred • CSPO / PSPO I certification. • Microsoft 365 / Copilot / Azure AI certifications. • French language skills (optional). Key Tasks & Deliverables Enterprise Conversational AI • Define and drive the strategy for Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, and internal chatbot platforms. • Set clear platform boundaries and ensure a coherent, scalable AI ecosystem. Microsoft 365 Copilot Ownership • Own and evolve Copilot capabilities, connectors, plugins, and agent workflows. • Lead integrations with Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and enterprise knowledge sources. Product Ownership & Delivery • Manage roadmaps and backlogs across AI platforms. • Prioritise based on impact and feasibility, leading agile ceremonies with technical teams. Stakeholder & Governance • Act as main interface for business, IT, security, and external vendors. • Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications. Performance & Continuous Improvement • Define and track KPIs/OKRs for usage, quality, and value. • Analyse feedback and drive platform improvements and adoption. You’ll join a collaborative and enabling international team environment, success in this role requires someone autonomous, proactive, and happy to drive technical decision‑making.You are able to work fully remotely, and consultants based anywhere in Europe are welcome.
