Opis stanowiska
O projekcie:
You will join the team responsible for the development of Teta Unit4, one of the leading ERP/HR solutions on the Polish market. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, defining functional requirements, and managing the product backlog across HR & Payroll, Time & Attendance, Social Security (ZUS), and Tax modules. Working closely with developers, QA engineers, UX designers, and solution architects, you will have a direct impact on the product's roadmap, delivering solutions that meet the evolving needs of businesses and ensure compliance with Polish labor law.

Wymagania:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a similar role.- Ability to translate business and legal requirements into clear, complete, and actionable functional requirements for development teams.- Hands-on experience working with Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Lean.- Experience managing a product backlog and defining user stories and acceptance criteria.- Good knowledge of Polish labor law, particularly the Polish Labour Code.- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to structure and simplify complex business problems.- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.- Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on delivering business value.- English proficiency at a minimum of B1/B2 level.Nice to have:- Experience working with HR, Payroll, or ERP systems, particularly Unit4 Teta.- Experience with tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, Confluence, or similar.- Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC) and system architecture.- Experience analyzing legislative changes and translating them into system requirements.- Experience working with enterprise ERP systems.- Product Owner certification (e.g., Scrum Alliance, Scrum.org, or SAFe).
Codzienne zadania:
- Analyze business needs and end-user requirements within the areas of HR, Payroll, Time & Attendance, and Human Resources Management.
- Gather, document, and refine functional requirements for the development team.
- Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and functional documentation.
- Collaborate closely with software developers, QA engineers, solution architects, and business stakeholders.
- Prioritize requirements and manage the product backlog.
- Participate in Scrum ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and making functional decisions.
- Monitor and analyze changes in labor law, social security (ZUS), tax regulations, and other legal requirements affecting the functionality of the Teta system.
- Participate in feature acceptance and verify compliance with business requirements and applicable legal regulations.
- Collaborate with Unit4 business teams to define the product roadmap and prioritize product initiatives.
