Product Owner Business IT (m/f/d)

Nasze wymagania: Extensive experience as a product owner in a scaled agile environment. Extensive experience in stakeholder management and task prioritization, as well as backlog maintenance. Experience in building agile product teams. Experience in leading highly qualified, cross-functional teams. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Knowledge of SAP environment is an advantage. Zakres obowiązków: Vision & Roadmap: Defining and communicating the product vision, creating release plans and product roadmaps. Backlog management: Prioritization of the product backlog based on the requirements of all stakeholders. Requirements management: Recording requirements from the relevant business departments. Stakeholder management: Communication and close coordination with business departments, process owners, and IT teams. Agile collaboration: Participation in Scrum events (daily, planning, review, retro). Quality Assurance: Organize user acceptance tests and integrate feedback. Planning and tracking the budget of your development team.
