Description: Product Owner – D365 (with Business Analyst responsibilities) Scope: - Ownership of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) within an assigned functional area (e.g., Order-to-Delivery) - Cross-functional collaboration with IT, business stakeholders, and external partners - Contribution to ways of working, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives - Monitoring and follow-up of relevant KPIs linked to processes and system support About the role: The Product Owner – D365 is responsible for owning, prioritizing, and developing functionality within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) for a defined process area. The role ensures that D365 solutions effectively support business needs, are standardized where applicable, and deliver measurable business value. This position combines strategic product ownership with hands-on Business Analyst responsibilities, bridging business requirements and technical delivery. Start: ASAP Length: 1 year probably longer Location: 3 days/week in Södertälje Key responsibilities: Product Ownership: - Own and manage the product vision and roadmap for D365 within the assigned domain - Ensure that development initiatives and changes align with business objectives and architectural principles - Prioritize and maintain the product backlog based on business value, risks, and dependencies - Define scope and make decisions on functional priorities - Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders and development teams - Ensure solutions are scalable and compliant with established standards Business Analyst Responsibilities: - Analyze and document current and future-state business processes - Elicit, structure, and document business requirements - Translate business needs into user stories and functional specifications - Facilitate workshops and requirements gathering sessions - Support solution design in collaboration with architects and development teams - Contribute to test planning, execution, and acceptance activities - Ensure traceability between requirements, delivered solutions, and business outcomes Required qualifications: Experience: - Proven experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or in a similar role - Experience working within ERP environments - Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 - Experience in requirements management and process modeling - Experience working in agile environments Knowledge: - Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, preferably within Order-to-Delivery - Good understanding of system architecture and integration principles - Ability to analyze data and track performance through KPIs Skills: - Strong analytical and structured approach to work - Excellent communication skills - Ability to prioritize effectively and make informed decisions - Strong stakeholder management capabilities Personal profile: - Structured and analytical mindset - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to prioritize and make decisions in a dynamic environment - Proven ability to manage and engage stakeholders effectively
