Opis stanowiska
O projekcie: We are looking for an Associate Product Owner to support the development of a global eCommerce platform. In this role, you will work closely with two Scrum Teams (Analysts, Developers, and Testers) responsible for Cart & Checkout and PunchOut integrations. You will collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders, including Digital Business Managers, Sales, Customer Care, and supporting teams such as Operations and Data Analytics. Wymagania: - Product Development: Experience in defining MVP scope and supporting further product development- Documentation: Ability to create high-level, clear and structured documentation in Confluence of processes, functionalities of product, that will be understandable for both business and technical audiences (knowledge of BPMN is an advantage)- Product Coordination: 2–4 years of experience in eCommerce in a role such as Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Associate Product Owner- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Cart & Checkout processes in eCommerce- Data-driven mindset: Ability to work with Data Analysts and use data to validate product decisions- Discovery: Experience or interest in product discovery activities and user behavior analysis- Product performance: Understanding of KPIs, product usage, and monetization metrics- English: C1 Codzienne zadania: - Collecting and validating business requirements - Preparing high-level documentation of processes, features, and requirements in Confluence (BPMN is a plus) - Supporting collaboration between business stakeholders, UX, and Scrum Teams during delivery (refinement sessions, workshops, brainstorming) - Ensuring effective communication and alignment between stakeholders and delivery teams - Supporting feature promotion activities (demos, input to marketing materials) - Gathering and analyzing feedback from stakeholders and end users - Cooperating with Data Analysts to define and monitor reports and product performance - Supporting continuous discovery activities, including usage monitoring and feedback analysis - Contributing to the planning of feature development and product improvements
